Location
We are located in the Business Technology Center at the far East end of Martintown Road (opposite end of I-20). When you enter the parking lot, park in front of the four story building - do not follow GPS directions to the back of the building. Enter the main lobby, take the elevators to the fourth floor, and take a left. You will see our clinic sign at suite 403.
Billing & Insurance
We accept the following insurances:
Tricare (participating non-network)
South Carolina Medicaid
Healthy Blue
Molina
Select Health/First Choice
We accept private pay for those unable to use their benefits with us or those without insurance. We can file courtesy claims for out-of-network commercial insurances, such as BCBS, Cigna, UHC, and Aetna. We can also provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement if you wish to do this on your own.
Referrals
Please ask your child’s pediatrician to fax referrals to 833-799-3525.
We will reach out to parents for intakes and scheduling in the order referrals are received.

How do we sign paperwork to start sessions?
All of our intakes are competed electronically. We will e-mail you a link to sign up for our parent portal. You will fill out paperwork on the portal as well as upload pictures of insurance card(s). Please be aware the link will expire, so try to fill the paperwork out as soon as it is received!

What methods of payment are accepted?
All clients paying privately or those with co-pay/co-insurances are required to have a card on file in the parent portal. We accept credit cards and FSA/HSA cards. We do not accept checks or cash for payment.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a document provided by an out of network provider detailing the services rendered and associated costs. You submit this document to your insurance company for the cost of services to be applied to your out of network benefits.
