Meet the Team
Kirsten Williams, M.Ed., CCC-SLP
CEO, Speech-Language Pathologist
I always wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. While being in a classroom changed to being in a therapy room, my passion for children has always been present.
I graduated from Valdosta State University in 2017 and 2019 with my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders. My husband and I came to the CSRA after college and now call North Augusta our home.
Working with children and their families is truly my calling in life. Becoming a mom strengthened those passions even further! There is nothing I love more than witnessing the moments of clarity for parents to understand how to best support their children and watching their bonds strengthen through the therapy journey.
I am proud to be certified with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina. While Savannah River Speech is my career passion, there is nothing more important to me than being a wife and mama. Please reach out with any questions or concerns during your time at Savannah River Speech!
Jessica Williamson, MSLP, CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow
From a very young age I have been caring for children. I knew my career would be one involving children, and when I found the field of speech pathology it was the perfect fit!
I am an Aiken native and graduated from Columbia College in 2017 with a Bachelors in Speech Language Pathology. After graduation I spent six years working as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant in several settings including pediatric outpatient, early intervention home health, and schools. Most recently I graduated with my Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from West Coast University in the Spring of 2024.
My areas of interests in the field of speech pathology include early intervention, articulation, and AAC. I love being a part of those “ah-ha” moments for both my clients and their families! I am working towards being ASHA certified in 2025 and hold licenses in Georgia and South Carolina. In my free time, I enjoy being active, spending time with my fiance and BIG family, and loving on our two pups. I can’t wait to work with your family!
